"The apartment was clean & tidy. The kitchenette provided all the facilities one could reasonably require for a break. The facilities in the basement proved useful when the day's skiing was over and before going to a traditional Bulgarian mehana. We will be returning."

"A really clean apartment with modern appliances and comfortable furnishings. Had a really good time here, esp in the Jaquzzi. There's cheap mehanas and 5* restaurants, 10 pin bowling, shops galore, the Kempinski Wellness Centre, outdoor ice skating and plenty of snow. Will definitely be going back!!"

"Nice clean apartment with beautiful views of the mountains. Very few queues at the lifts when coming off season - never waited more than 5 minutes for any lift, including the gondola at peak times. Lift prices were the same as last year - helps with such a weak Sterling!! Yana Stoyanova looked after us this year and provided a friendly and professional service, and can be contacted via reception if the receptionists are unable to help. Yana has a good standard of English and can assist in any concerns one could have. We're looking forwards to our next return to Bansko!!"
